Do I need to pay for parking?

Is there a Children’s Ministry available?

Yes. The FOMA Gathering has a Children’s Ministry from 0-12yrs and is available for the Thursday and Friday Day Sessions only. Please sign up your children at registration.

What should I wear to the FOMA Gathering?

As an attendee, you want to dress comfortably, this could mean wearing a blazer, button-down shirt with slacks or pants or a nice dress or skirt with a blouse combination and comfortable shoes. For the day sessions - casual attire, something modest and comfortable should be fine. The evening sessions - semi- formal attire [eg mentioned above]. Saturday is the Ecclesiastical Address, Civic Attire for the leaders and semi-formal for the general attendees.

What time can I check in/out of the hotel?

Check In is at 4pm. Check Out 11am. We encourage all attendees to request a a late checkout for Saturaday, August 26th upon arrival. The minimum age to check in at the hotel is 21.

The Sheraton Hotel has all emergency lockdown procedures in place. The manager on duty can identify and implement these types of procedures as per training by the Marriott. There is also a security overnight on foot that patrols the hotel, men of God are also on alert for added security.
